The Get Cognitio Clinical Project Manager Practice Challenge comes live from requests of the graduates of our Clinical Research Project Manager program. It is designed as an online workshop consisting of 6 live webinars. You will get 2 challenges for each live webinar. These challenges are real-live situations the trainer experienced in her job. You will have 2 weeks to prepare your solutions. As this workshop is interactive, the number of students is limited to 12 persons per course round.
The Practice Challenge
You have a unique opportunity to hone your skills and:
- Analyse difficult situations you may encounter as a Clinical Project Manager.
- Think out of the box to find potential solutions.
- Present your solutions on live webinars receiving feedback from your fellow students and the trainer.
- Discuss and evaluate your fellow students’ solutions.
- Hear from the trainer what solutions were implemented and lessons learned.

The Clinical Project Manager Practice Challenge is an extension of the Clinical Research Project Management course. It is an online workshop consisting of the Kick-off live webinar, five live webinars, and the Close-out webinar, all of them two weeks apart. After the Kick-off, the attendees will receive two focused scenarios of challenges CPMs encounter in their projects. The attendees will have two weeks to prepare their solutions. They will present solutions in the live webinars. Since the scenarios are based on real situations, the trainer will present the solutions that were implemented, and lessons learned.
